A Guide to the Architecture of the University of Sydney

trevor_book.jpg Trevor Howells, senior lecturer in Architecture, is releasing his new book, A Guide to the Architecture of the University of Sydney, in a few weeks.

The book highlights the University's architectural heritage, providing an insider's guide to over 100 university buildings.

Highlights include the Quadrangle, all of Leslie Wilkinson's buildings and the Colleges. According to Howells, the guide book represents 'the first attempt to compile into a single source a ready reference to the architectural glories of the University; it includes all of the University's buildings, including the sublime, the good, the bad and the outright ugly.'

(The Guide is published by Watermark Press. Read an excerpt about our Faculty building, the Wilkinson Building, from the Alumni Magazine).
