New kid on the blog

19 November, 2006

Mad Scientists 'r' Us.

Hmm. One of my co-conspirators at LabLit.com has started up a new weblog, and called it Some Science. That does not sound too original but it is to differentiate it from his other weblog, Some Lies.

I see a pattern emerging.

Anyway, I'd recommend keeping an eye on Some Science, because, well, I like how Tideliar writes and he is likely to say stuff there that I could not here, because down at the bottom of the page here it says authorized by the Chair and I have a responsibility not to drop him in it. The Tiddilator is under no such restrictions and is likely to let go with both barrels without a first thought.

He is also a potty mouth and very, very bitter (I'm just twisted) so his ramblings would probably attract at least a '15' certificate (whatever the hell that is in these parts. 'M'?) (whereas I have always claimed to be unclassifiable). Don't say I didn't warn you.

ha ha ha *giggles* I think you warned enough alright. And yes, "at least 15"... or maybe R? :P

Just kidding, it is just wording but you know being in US it is interesting that you can use the word bitch on prime time but no f**k etc.

And yes, I think it can be worth checking out the site :)

I didn't know you were blogging under the responsibility of the chair. Is that because you have the uni of sidney's site to blog on? And you can still be anonymous? Interesting...

Now that will guarantee the unwashes masses come knocking at my door eh?! Better think of something to write about :)

cheers for the plug

Yes, it's an initiative by Sydney Uni to get its staff communicating. . . with whoever wants to read, I guess.

The major reason I'm (semi-)anonymous is because I don't want to cause embarrassment to anyone else. . .

About the Rat

Black Knight is interested in the interaction of science (as a day job and as a way of thinking) with his family, the wider community and literature. And tormenting students. Frequently polemical, sometimes serious, and hopefully always entertaining more
