Shiver

14 June, 2007

These two emails appeared in my inbox earlier. Disappointingly, they were not related to each other.

(you'll have to click on this thumbnail to see it. Sorry about that)

'Mr Kidd' goes on to say

I do not know whether [the cold room] is cooling down even more. But I have informed security to have a look at it and if necessary to take further actions.

What's this? Security? Does the level 7 cold room have nefarious plans to take over the floor, the building, the world? A terrorist cold room?

I think we should be told.

Do you have a lot of James Bond characters working there? Be careful if Mr Kidd brings along Mr Wint for help.

Mr Wint left last year, I believe.

Note: entry updated so you can actually see the bloody image. Bloody MT preview doesn't.

The image worked better for me before.

Here, it slipped under the side bar. Which was BAD and WRONG.

About the Rat

Black Knight is interested in the interaction of science (as a day job and as a way of thinking) with his family, the wider community and literature. And tormenting students. Frequently polemical, sometimes serious, and hopefully always entertaining more
