MEAFA has been successful in its application for funding from the Faculty of Economics and Business Statistics, under the scheme of Strategic Research Initiatives 2007.

Today, MEAFA has received $15,000 from the faculty under the Strategic Research Initiatives scheme. The grant is aimed to accommodate the creation of the first MEAFA workshop.
