Yes! It’s that time of year to get out and watch your fellow uni students make you laugh! It’s amazing to see the talent they have and you can well and truly make a fun night out of it! I went to law revue last week, and giggled intensely at skits which paid out 20 to 1, Kevin Rudd, Poolside pornographies, Kermit the Frog and much much more!
My brother is an ex-law revue director and seeing him do that was a true insight into the amount of work that these guys put into performing a revue. It is a month of non-stop dance, singing, skit creating, joke making, costume designing, choreography, and of course, after parties!
Even though law revue is over for this year, walk past Manning in any of the upcoming weeks and you’re bound to see people advertising the next revue: I’ve already been handed leaflets for Medicine Revue and Economics. So, for a night of fun, witty, peer watching, go to a revue!
