About Sarah-Jane (first year)

For the want of a nail, a shoe was lost, for the want of a shoe the horse was lost, for the want of a horse, the rider was lost, for want of a rider, the battle was lost.

As you have propbably figured out, my name is Sarah, (well actually Sarah-Jane, but most people are too lazy to say the full name- includinig myself). I have recently turned 18 and I am a first year Veterinary Science student and new fresher at College. I come from a small semi-rural town- Llandilo( if you can't pronounce it, don't worry, most people can't either), just outside of Penrith.

I finished my HSC last year in 2005, battling it through with the effects from a serious car accident. I absolutely love horses, and own six of them... although I only compete two of them. I mainly compete in Dressage at National and State level and won Champion Adult Pony Exhibit at Sydney Royal last year...returning this year to reclaim my title: hopefully ;) I have my sights set on the Youth Olympics coming up next year. I also wish to one day manage my own clinic, specialising in Equine and earn big $$$ (note the: 'I wish').

I am quite sporty and competitive ( or I use to be before I arrived at Uni due to sheer lack ot time), I played basketball, touch footy and obtained my black belt in Martial Arts at age 12. I also once played the clarinet.

In terms of music, RnB is always a favourite but I listen to just about everything- Pete Murray is awesome. Im quite a laid back, easy-going person, and am comfortable in High heels at a nightclub or in R.M Williams boots.

Laugh, and the world will laugh with you. It will get you through the worst ( and most embarassing) times. Trust me ;)
