Just when the coast seems clear, theory appears!

We were exploring that local temple of commerce, Westfield Bondi Junction, using a downloaded floor map to explore its nooks and credit card devouring crannies, when I saw it! Over the millennia, Socrates was there.

The store had educational games and toys for children. Adults have not need for such things! Or do they? Socrates had no interest in educating children. He directed his teaching at adults. So the echo is there in the name but it is turned upside down and inside out and misses the point.

Comments

Socrates also sells games which are recommended for teenagers and adults, not entirely missing the point, eh?
