This is the first post in a series entitled: How do they do that?? These posts are dedicated to the moments when you glance at a collegues computer, watch a software simulation or are in awe at the dude at the Apple Store's aptitude when it comes to computers tips and tricks. So, let's head on in to our first How do they do that??

Tab Between Pages

Ever seen someone's screen come up this this crazy thang?

Wow-right? Well it's super easy, and actually very useful. By pressing Alt + Tab you can scan through open windows (documents, web browser pages, emails etc) until you find what you'd like. To move in the other direction, use Shift +Alt+Tab .

And how about this bad-boy?

If you're using Windows 7 or Vista, you can look even fancier by pressing Windows Key + Tab to scroll through full screenshots of open application windows.

So master these, and you'll have you cubicle buddy asking "How do they do that??".
