This year has seen some great advancements in the on a global scale in technology-the rollout of cloud services for data management, the increase in use of tablet/mobile devices in a "business" context and more web based applications emerging (think Microsoft web aps) and firming their domination over "machine based" software. These are but a few but they are good examples of where technology, and the ways in which we use them, are heading. The curiosity of people to keep creating and developing means that the world is constantly innovating and changing, and we need to keep up. This pace, and requirement to "keep up with it", means that we need excellent and innovative resources at our fingertips. A lot of people don't know how much there is out there, to help you out in a sticky IT situation or just increase your efficiency if you're struggling with using a program. So, here are a rundown of my favourite help resources:
